About The Event

As CEO turnover remained near all-time highs, the imperative was clear: CEO succession planning and selection was one of the most critical responsibilities of the board. We shared best practices, insights, and practical experiences relating to the many challenges and considerations that board directors had to navigate when creating a succession plan, selecting a new CEO, and ensuring CEO transition success. Our panelists had experience on both sides of the table: as CEOs themselves, and as board directors who had recently navigated CEO transitions for their organizations.
