Frank is the Office Managing Partner of KPMG’s Philadelphia Market Hub and has over 39 years of experience with KPMG. Frank initiated his career in the firm’s audit practice and has spent the last 35 years concentrating on operational efficiency improvement projects at public and closely held multinational corporations, including merger and acquisitions, international tax planning, corporate restructuring, and finance transformation consulting. He has also worked extensively with KPMG’s Advisory practice leading several large M&A reorganization engagements at Fortune 500 companies. Frank is currently the global lead Partner for the DuPont and Corteva accounts. Frank is currently (or previously has served) on the following boards: Philadelphia American Cancer Society, Inc. – CEOs Against Cancer (Co-Chairman); CEO Council for Growth and Board of Directors – Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce; Drexel University Center for Corporate Governance Advisory Board; Board of Directors of the National Italian-American Foundation (NIAF); Board of Directors – Philadelphia American Heart Association; and the Advisory Board of Directors – Villa Maria Academy High School.
