In the last two years the US Supreme Court has issued over a dozen decisions that directly impact how corporations operate their businesses and litigate claims against them.  Those decisions address how and how broadly arbitration agreements may be enforced, the interpretive principles applicable to collective bargaining agreements, who may be held liable for statements that influence securities transactions, what confidential information corporations may protect from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, and the limitations on punitive damages awardable in state courts, among other important topics.  In this webinar, produced by NACD and Katten, a panel of experts will discuss the most impactful decisions from the Supreme Court’s most recent terms and look to the term ahead.
