Webinars & Virtual Events
This dynamic and interactive e-learning series is designed to provide information about the fundamentals of effective directorship—including short case studies, key questions that directors should ask management, and introductions to key regulatory and investor expectations.
Each course within this series will focus on one core governance topic, drawing on insights from NACD's popular Director Essentials and Director FAQs publication series, among other thought leadership. Perfect for onboarding new directors or as an ongoing resource for more tenured board members, the course content is accompanied by a wealth of practical tools and resources to bring back to your own boardroom.
