Profile - Jonathan Wyatt Jonathan Wyatt Managing Director Protiviti, Inc. Jonathan Wyatt is a managing director in Protiviti’s London office and global head of Protiviti Digital. Protiviti Digital helps organizations to transform for the future, managing the risks presented by disruptive innovation and exploring ways to embrace the opportunities presented by new and emerging technologies. Wyatt has almost 25 years of experience in technology and business consulting, and has been part of the Global Technology Consulting Leadership team at Protiviti for more than 10 years. He was a founding member of Protiviti in the United Kingdom, and has been a member of the UK leadership team since its launch in 2005. In 2019, Wyatt was named by Consulting Magazine to its 2019 Top 25 Consultants list, under the category of Excellence in Leadership.
Profile - Kurt Kuehn Kurt Kuehn Director Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Henry Schein Kurt Kuehn is United Parcel Service’s former chief financial officer and was on the front lines of UPS’s transformation from a private, US-focused small package delivery company to one of the world’s largest publicly traded logistics companies. Prior to his appointment as CFO in 2008, he was senior vice president worldwide sales and marketing. He was also UPS’s first vice president of investor relations, taking the company public in 1999—the largest IPO in the 20th century. He joined UPS as a driver in 1977. He worked on UPS’s first sustainability report in 2002 and remained a member of UPS’s sustainability steering committee. Kuehn is on the board of Henry Schein Inc. He is a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), where he chairs the Infrastructure & Transportation sector committees. He also serves on the board of the Woodruff Arts Center and Atlanta Shakespeare Co.
Profile - Nora Denzel Nora Denzel Director Ericsson Inc., Advanced Micro Devices Inc., NortonLifeLock, NACD Northern California Chapter Nora M. Denzel is a public board director of Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) and Ericsson. She heads the compensation committee at AMD and serves on the technology committee of Ericsson. Prior public board service includes Redbox (where she also served as interim CEO), Overland Storage, and Saba Software. She is on the advisory board for BBVA (a global bank based in Spain) and on the board of the NACD Northern California Chapter. Prior to full-time board work, Denzel worked for more than 25 years in the Silicon Valley. Her last position was as the senior vice president of Big Data and Social Product design at Intuit (the makers of TurboTax and Quicken software). She has also held executive-level positions at HP Enterprise and IBM.
Profile - James Lam James Lam Director RiskLens, the FAIR Institute James C. Lam is the president of James Lam & Associates. He is an independent director and the audit committee chair of RiskLens. Lam is also a director of the FAIR Institute. Prior to setting up his own consulting practice, Lam was a partner of Oliver Wyman and chief risk officer of Fidelity Investments. His professional honors include being named the inaugural “Risk Manager of the Year" by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (1997), to the “100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury & Risk magazine (2005, 2006, and 2008), and to the NACD Directorship 100 (2017 and 2018). Lam is the author of several best-selling books, including his latest book, Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (2017). In addition to serving on NACD’s faculty, he is on the Carnegie Mellon University faculty for their Chief Risk Officer Executive Certification Program. Lam is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.
Profile - Jannice Koors Jannice Koors Senior Managing Director and Western Region President Pearl Meyer Jannice Koors is a senior managing director with Pearl Meyer and president of the firm’s Western Region. She advises company boards and management teams on all aspects of strategic human capital decision making. Koors has been quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times. She has appeared on CNN’s MoneyLine and NBC Nightly News, and has spoken at numerous seminars on executive and director compensation issues. Koors is an NACD Governance Fellow, and serves as faculty for NACD’s Director Professionalism® and Master Class programs. She is also responsible for Pearl Meyer’s annual Director Compensation Report, published in conjunction with NACD. She has been named to the NACD D100® 12 times. Koors is a member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council, on the board of The Big Shoulders Fund in Chicago, and serves on the advisory board for the Berger Institute of Claremont McKenna College.

Millegan provides industry expertise to the board of VETT'D, an advanced talent management company that is pioneering the utilization of AI and data science to enhance staffing decisions. Millegan is the founder/CEO of the Millegan Advisory Group-3, which drives technology innovation and transformation for start-up and mid-cap companies. Millegan served as president–Verizon Global Wholesale and led the Verizon Digital Media Services team, which provided a content delivery engine that supplied secure storage capabilities and apparatus for data analytics.
Profile - John Rodi John Rodi Leader KPMG Audit Committee Institute John H. Rodi is the audit partner in charge of KPMG’s Chicago Metro Business Unit. He has more than 25 years of experience with KPMG, primarily serving publicly traded financial services clients, and specializing in banking, investment banking, and asset management. In addition, Rodi is the leader of KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute (ACI), which is part of the KPMG Board Leadership Center. Focusing on the audit committee and the director community more broadly, ACI engages with directors to help articulate their challenges and promote continuous improvement. Prior to joining KPMG in Chicago, Rodi worked in KPMG’s New York and London offices, and also completed a rotation in KPMG’s National Office. He sits on the board of directors of the Lincoln Park Zoo (where he serves on the finance committee and the executive committee) and of Junior Achievement of Chicago (where he serves on the audit committee).

Profile - Daphne Jones Daphne Jones Director AMN Healthcare Services Inc., Barnes Group Inc., Masonite International Corp. Daphne E. Jones has more than 30 years of experience serving in general management and executive-level roles at IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira (now Pfizer), and General Electric. During her tenure at GE, she was SVP for Future of Work, SVP, and CIO. Her early career days were spent at IBM and Johnson & Johnson as an IT executive, followed by her role as a corporate officer, SVP, and CIO at Hospira Inc. She was the first woman and African American to report to the chair, and had accountability for Hospira’s enterprise, cyber, digital, and analytics technology. Jones is a director of AMN Healthcare Inc., Barnes Group Inc., and Masonite International Corp. She received the University of the West Indies’ Luminary Award, was named one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Illinois by the National Diversity Council, and was named a Computerworld Premier 100 CIO.

Profile - Leah Rozin Leah Rozin Senior Manager, Research NACD Leah Rozin joined the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in 2019 as the senior manager of Research. Prior to joining NACD, she was Vice President at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS) where she served as the principal advisor for the Sustainability Suite working with corporate clients across industries and market caps to help improve disclosure practices and understanding of the environmental and social landscape. Rozin also advised companies in the real estate, insurance, and consumer discretionary sectors on corporate governance and executive compensation. She joined ICS in 2015 from the Corporate Executive Board where she specialized in investor perception studies and investor messaging, working with investor relations executives at mid- to mega-cap companies.

Profile - Robert Kress Robert Kress Managing Director Accenture Robert (Bob) Kress is a managing director and the global quality and risk officer for Accenture Security. Kress is also responsible for Accenture Security’s offerings to boards of directors, and he is the Midwest Region Security lead, as well. Kress has also served as the managing director of Global IT Audit in Accenture’s Internal Audit organization and as the COO of Accenture’s Internal IT organization. Previously, Kress worked in Accenture’s Management Consulting and Software Products organizations. He has published two books: Running IT Like a Business (2009) and IT Governance to Drive High Performance (2010).
