President Trump  kicked off his second term with a flurry of activity regarding trade and tariffs, deregulation, energy and environmental policy, human capital, labor and immigration. At the same time, the stage was set for significant federal tax legislation and continuing developments in digital transformation and AI. How should companies and boards sort through these issues and best prepare for the road ahead?
