The Price of Leadership:  Is the Trillion Dollar Pay Package the Wave of the Future?

The panelists discussed executive compensation trends across different sectors and covered how companies are adapting equity grants, performance metrics, and compensation structures in response to market changes and regulatory updates. Panelists also explored how boards are managing compensation during mergers, addressing shorter CEO tenures, and navigating the decline of DEI-focused incentive plans. And finally, the conversation touched on board compensation trends and how organizations prepare for unexpected economic shocks.
