This program examines how AI, aging demographics and a shrinking labor force are reshaping the economy and creating a challenge of finding enough workers while also creating the right jobs. We will examine AI and automation being essential drivers of productivity and growth, transforming industries, altering business cycles and creating new opportunities. The key to staying competitive is embracing emerging technologies while simultaneously navigating a tighter labor market.
