Prior to joining Meridian, Bixby spent 10 years as a managing director with Pearl Meyer and 13 years in executive compensation consulting with Towers Perrin. He has more than 20 years of compensation consulting experience with an emphasis on the assessment and design of executive and director pay programs, incentive plan design, pay and performance alignment, and corporate governance. Profile - Anne Sheehan Anne Sheehan Director L Brands Inc., Cohn Robbins Holding Corp. Anne Sheehan is the former director of Corporate Governance for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), the largest educator-only public pension fund in the world. Prior to CalSTRS, she was chief deputy director for policy at the California Department of Finance, where she sat on both the CalSTRS and CalPERS boards as well as serving as the executive director of the Governor’s Post-Employment Benefits Commission. Sheehan is past chair of the SEC’s Investor Advisory Committee. She sits on the boards of L Brands and Cohen Robbins Holding Corp. and is a senior adviser to PJT Camberview.
