Whether you′re just beginning to explore board service or actively pursuing your first directorship, the path forward can feel unclear—and even intimidating. In this live fireside chat, Marcel Bucsescu, Vice President of Strategic Engagement at NACD, sits down with an accomplished private-company board director for a candid conversation on what it really takes to position yourself for a board seat. This session goes beyond theory, offering practical insight into how to build credibility, present yourself as a strong candidate, and network your way into consideration for board opportunities.
