About The Event
In this session, we went beyond compensation policies to understand the board’s role, and the expanding remit of the competition committee, in preserving and growing the company’s human capital through culture oversight, talent development and managing the difficult realities of succession planning. When it comes to the long- term viability of the business, human capital management is becoming one of the most important discussions in the boardroom.
To that end, this session provided insights to:
- Ask the right questions at the right time
- Identify the talent needs to grow with the company
- Support management in promoting a culture that attracts a skilled workforce in a competitive labor market
- Address talent vulnerabilities across the organization and through succession planning.
Directors joined us for cocktails and an interactive panel discussion and learned how to take advantage of best practices in volatile, hyper-competitive markets by honing your board’s strategic lens, flexibility, and precision.
