About The Event
Cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) continued to redefine the boardroom agenda. As technology advanced, directors were challenged to move beyond traditional oversight to anticipate emerging risks and strengthen organizational resilience.
The members-only Leadership Exchange Forum, presented by Zscaler, provided an exclusive opportunity for NACD Research Triangle Chapter members to engage in a high-level discussion on these critical issues.
Helmuth Ludwig—author, cybersecurity and AI expert, and former CIO of Siemens—led a compelling dinner conversation exploring how boards can evaluate cyber maturity, oversee AI-related risks, and enhance readiness in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Drawing on real-world experience and case studies, Mr. Ludwig shared practical insights to help directors lead with foresight and confidence at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and governance. The session fostered candid dialogue among peers, equipping participants with actionable strategies to strengthen oversight, bolster organizational resilience, and prepare for the next wave of intelligent threats.
