AI & the Board prepares directors and executives to identify the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence. The discussion will cover risk and liability for companies and board members, best practices in AI governance, the importance of data provenance, and emerging trends. Participants will gain an understanding of the key questions every board should be asking to ensure responsible, strategic, and future-ready AI oversight.
