Erik Gerding, Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Director of Corporation Finance, addressed the SEC's new climate disclosure requirements for public companies in a firesideside chat. 

Afterwards, two industry experts – Maura Hodge from KPMG and Darrick Mix, Esq. from Duane Morris LLP – provided further guidance on what corporate directors need to ask and understand about the new SEC requirements.
