NACD MEMBERS-ONLY WORKSHOP | Complimentary Registration
Please join us for a workshop designed for Board Members, CEOs, CFOs, and Strategy Officers of companies impacted by tariffs.
Uncertainty & unpredictable changes - almost on a daily basis - has made it difficult for Companies to understand their supply chain costs, and therefore pricing products, and in some cases, total disruption because of no product availability. Board members need a template/decision matrix to help guide their companies for optimum outcomes.
Join us for an intimate discussion with Jessica Libby, KPMG Principal Trade & Customs, and peer exchange.
In this workshop we will discuss:
- Current state of tariffs and legislative budget process that provides background
- Pros & Cons of what steps to take now (or not take at all) for the companies to be best positioned from both short term (thru Dec 2025) & for long term investment decisions
- How board members can provide guidance to management regarding their plans for financial forecasting and informing customers regarding pricing
AGENDA:
7:45 AM - 8:45 AM (PDT): Program/Workshop
This workshop is for NACD Members-Only and is limited to 20 participants. Please register promptly to request a spot.
