About The Event
The 2023 NACD Blue Ribbon Commission was led by distinguished cochairs Oscar Munoz and Mary Winston and an experienced collective of 24 directors who serve on more than 70 boards in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
The Commission closely examined the role of board culture in driving boardperformance. The result is a report of key recommended actions and practicaltools boards can use and tailor, recognizing that no board culture is the same.
