The relationship between the Board Chair (or Lead Independent Director), the Board and the CEO has never been more important—particularly in today’s complex governance environment. Leveraging insights from NACD’s recent Blue-Ribbon Commission ( BRC) report, The Board & CEO Relationship, will explore what’s needed to build trust and drive strategic impact within this critical relationship.
BRC Commissioner Colleen Birdnow Brown will ground the discussion in key findings from the NACD BRC report. C.H. Robinson President & CEO Dave Bozman and Board Chair Jodee Kozlak will offer perspectives on the CEO–Board relationship from a Fortune 500 company. Steve Jennings, Lead Independent Director of Analog Devices will facilitate and add to the conversation.
