Inside the Breach: Board Oversight Lessons from Cyber Incidents

Frontier AI has changed the cybersecurity landscape – on average, 36 percent of companies’ assets are vulnerable, including in areas outside of the cyber team’s remit – and the bar on board oversight keeps rising. Join us for a dialogue with directors, cyber experts and business leaders who have advised companies through breaches and governed through them from the boardroom, for a candid discussion of what actually happens when an incident hits.

The conversation will cover how well-prepared companies set themselves apart, share anonymized stories from real breaches, and reflect on the oversight practices that hold up under pressure. Directors will leave with practical guidance on the questions to ask the CISO and management team, and how to assess their own company’s level of resilience.
