You are invited to an NACD Three Rivers Chapter event, hosted by Jones Day, that will discuss significant recent geopolitical and regulatory developments. The program will examine the strategies companies are deploying to execute their business plans while simultaneously addressing the risks and capitalizing on the strategic opportunities presented by these developments.
Topics covered will include tariffs, governmental customs and enforcement initiatives, artificial intelligence, and other governmental priorities for the remainder of 2025 and the beginning of 2026.
We will also review and discuss key questions that the board of directors are asking their executive teams regarding these matters and their impact on business strategies in the short and long term.
NACD Three Rivers Chapter programs are usually held in Pittsburgh, so Jones Day's Cleveland Office is privileged to be hosting this event. We hope you will be able to join us!
