Ursuline (Urs) Foley serves on the boards of Provident Financial Services & Provident Bank (a public community bank serving the tri-state NY/NJ/PA areas) and is vice-chair of the Risk & Technology committees. Additionally, she serves on the board of Greenlight Capital Re (a global public reinsurer that provides P&C reinsurance in the European and U.S. markets), where she chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. She also serves on a private European software company board, DOCOsoft, a leader in servicing the top Lloyds Syndicates claims market. Urs also serves on a number of advisory and not-for-profit boards and provides strategic direction on business strategy, technology, cyber, risk and business operations. In addition to her former roles as Corporate Head of Operations and the Global Reinsurance CIO for XL Group, she also served on the company’s U.S. legal entity boards for a few years. Urs is a qualified risk director and a certified board member. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Extraordinary Women on Boards, DCRO Risk Institute and The World Affairs Council.
