Tom Wornham is the former Chair of the Board of the San Diego County Water Authority and Former CEO, Cal Private Bank and Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank. He has a proven history of being able to assemble, develop and lead quality teams and coalitions to achieve consistently outstanding results. This skill set has been displayed throughout his careers at PBAM, CalPrivate Bank and Wells Fargo, which spanned four and a half decades, as well as numerous civic and political successes. Active in local government as a native San Diegan, Tom has also spent decades in Sacramento and Washington D.C. doing Government Relations for both the Private and Public Sector.
