Sara O’Gorman leads Egon Zehnder’s Seattle office, where she serves as a trusted thought-partner and advisor to her clients, particularly at times of transition for executives, boards, and organizations. With a focus on the consumer and retail sector as well as on supporting family businesses across industries, O’Gorman leverages her deep consulting and management experience and brings energy and curiosity to each partnership.

O’Gorman’s diverse career experience—including corporate venture, start-up leadership, retail operations, and strategy consulting—allows her to make connections across sectors and company stages. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, O’Gorman held leadership roles at Tomo (a financial technology start-up) and Nordstrom. She also served as an advisor to JM Family Enterprises. O’Gorman began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, working with clients in consumer, retail, and financial services.
