Robyn Bew is a director with the EY Americas Center for Board Matters (CBM). She draws on over fifteen years of corporate governance experience to provide strategic direction for the CBM and work with board members and executive teams of EY’s clients on a wide range of governance and strategy issues. She runs board education programs for clients, leads CBM’s convening activities for directors, and helps drive the firm’s initiatives to build the pipeline of future board members. Bew joined EY from NACD, where she led the organization’s F500 Committee Chair Networks and Blue Ribbon Commission initiatives, and was a faculty member for NACD’s director education programs. Prior to NACD, she held senior roles at several global professional services firms, where she led strategy consulting, board advisory, and custom executive-education engagements. Bew has been a featured speaker and writer on governance topics. Appearances include Agenda Week, Bloomberg BNA, CFO Magazine, Corporate Secretary, Directors & Boards, ICGN, and NACD. She has served on the Methodology Advisory Committee for Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies and the Research Advisory Council for JUST Capital.
