Robin Fleming is the Chief Technology Officer of OnBoard, the governance platform used by thousands of boards worldwide. She leads the company’s technology vision across product engineering, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, architecture, corporate IT, and generative AI. Robin also oversees the internal modernization of OnBoard’s technology environment, guiding enterprise‑wide AI adoption and driving the operational changes needed to help teams work more intelligently and securely.

Robin is a technology executive with deep experience across enterprise software, digital transformation, and AI‑driven innovation. Her work at OnBoard centers on strengthening digital trust, elevating board intelligence through AI‑enabled insights, and helping directors understand the governance implications of rapidly evolving technology.

Her background spans senior leadership roles at Teradata, Angie’s List, Match.com, and i2 Technologies, as well as multiple high‑growth startups, where she led large engineering and product organizations and guided technology strategy across complex, scaled environments. She has contributed to more than 10 M&A transactions across public and private companies.

Robin has also spent significant time in the boardroom as an executive working with Public, Private, Non‑Profit, Private Equity‑backed, Startup, and Advisory Boards and has partnered closely with Risk, Audit, and Governance Committees throughout her career. She has served on multiple advisory boards and currently serves on the Tobias Fellows Advisory Board within the Indiana University Tobias Leadership Center.
