Randy Wood is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lindsay Corporation, a publicly traded, global manufacturer of irrigation and roadway infrastructure equipment. Mr. Wood has also been a director of Lindsay since January 2021, and he is the only executive officer of the company serving on the Board of Directors. Mr. Wood has been with the company since 2008.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska and Omaha Chambers of Commerce, United Way of the Midlands, and is Past-President of the Irrigation Association.  Mr. Wood also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Manitowoc Company, Inc., a leading provider of engineered lifting solutions and a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  He also completed the Global Executive Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management and attained the Corporate Director Certificate from the Harvard Business School.
