Paul Humphries is an experienced global public company and private company Board director in the industrial, automotive, medical products and energy related areas. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Our Next Energy, an energy storage company focused on battery technologies. Previously, he served as President of High Reliability Solutions at Flex LTD ("Flex"), a global end-to-end supply chain solutions company that serves the automotive, industrial and medical markets, from 2011 to 2020. Mr. Humphries served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Flex from 2006 to 2011, during a portion of which he also oversaw Flex's IT and marketing functions. Mr. Humphries joined Flex in April 2000 following the acquisition of Chatham Technologies Incorporated. While at Chatham Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Humphries held various senior management positions at Allied Signal, Inc. and its successors, Honeywell Inc., BorgWarner Inc. and Ford Motor Company.

Paul currently sits on the boards of Superior Industries, Westfall Technik, Trackonomy and Aniline.
