Nancy Ruscheinski
Chief Operating Officer, Zeno Group Inc
As Chief Operating Officer for Zeno a global integrated communications agency, Nancy focuses on operationalizing client excellence and driving global growth. She provides management oversight for Zeno’s global Corporate and Health practices as well as key functions including global client management and talent recruitment and retention. Nancy has established and led a number of strategic initiatives and offerings for the agency including Zeno Global Days of Learning, the Zeno Media Network, Zeno Green Room, ZQ (client satisfaction measurement) and the agency’s Web3 consultancy, Z3; all of which have contributed to Zeno’s many “Agency of the Year” and “Best Place to Work” honors. Her client experience is extensive and includes work for such brands and organizations as Hyatt, KraftHeinz, Motel 6, Expedia, Burger King, Hilton, Wrigley, Darden, Quaker, Kellogg’s and SC Johnson. Nancy joined Zeno in 2016 after 29 years at Zeno’s sister agency, Edelman, where she wore many hats including US COO, president of Edelman Chicago and founder/chairman of Edelman’s digital business. She was also the agency’s first Chief Innovation Officer. Nancy has a BA from the University of Notre Dame and lives in Chicago with her husband and two Labrador retrievers, not far from her two adult children. She is a board member of Chicago Innovation and Off the Street Club, and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, The Chicago Network and The Executives Club of Chicago.
