Mitzi Krockover, MD leads Woman Centered, a consultancy that supports innovators, investors, and health systems in developing and scaling products and models of care that address gaps in women's health. She is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, where she co-chairs the Health Sector Group and evaluates early-stage diagnostics, devices, therapeutics, and digital health solutions.
She co-founded FemTechAZ to build Arizona's women's-health innovation ecosystem and serves as a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University's College of Health Solutions, developing curriculum on women's-health innovation. She also produces the Beyond the Paper Gown podcast, highlighting scientific, policy, and regulatory perspectives shaping women's health.
Dr. Krockover serves on advisory bodies including the Springboard Women's Health Innovation Council, the Gates Foundation's Innovation Equity Forum, Women's Health Advocates, and the board of the Black Women's Health Imperative. Her earlier roles include Founding Medical Director of the Iris Cantor-UCLA Women's Health Center, a DH HS-designated Center of Excellence, and Vice President of Women's Health at Humana.
