Michael brings over 25 years of experience as a technology-focused attorney to his advisory work, providing a strong legal foundation for HBC AI’s consulting services. His background includes extensive work with artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies, including advising product and engineering teams on development, deployment, and risk management.

Michael joined HBC AI to apply both his legal knowledge and hands-on AI experience in direct support of client initiatives. His work focuses on helping organizations evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, and address AI compliance and regulatory considerations.
