Maggie Pax is a life sciences leader with 30 years of experience helping companies grow to their full potential.

She currently serves on the board of directors for Repligen (Nasdaq: RGEN), the technology leader in bioprocessing solutions and Jellagen, a UK-based tissue engineering innovator. She is an advisory board member for Notable Systems, a company using AI technologies to improve healthcare payments systems. She served on the board of Alimera Sciences, a publicly-traded retinal care company which was acquired by ANI Pharmaceuticals.

Previously Maggie was a senior executive with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Philips Healthcare as well as a leader of entrepreneurial companies involved in drug delivery, medical devices and healthcare IT.

Maggie advises both early-stage healthcare innovators and Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies, strategic transitions and M&A.

Maggie earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves as a board director of the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association and is on the Boston board chapter of Women Corporate Directors.
