In 2020, Lisa assumed the role of CEO of OnBoard, a nonprofit organization that advocates for gender diversity on for-profit corporate boards. She led the organization to triple in revenue and program impact by building a team from the ground up and cultivating a network of influential sponsors, champions and volunteers. In her previous role as Vice President of Philanthropy at the Woodruff Arts Center, Lisa drove the creation of an integrated fundraising model that led to increased donations, broader recognition for donors and reduced administrative costs. She spearheaded landmark, seven-figure partnerships with top brands including Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, and Cox. 

An expert on corporate governance, Lisa wields firsthand experience recruiting for and serving in executive and board roles. Through her leadership of OnBoard, she selects qualified female candidates for board positions and influences public and private companies to diversify their boards. Lisa is also a Partner at Bell Oaks Executive Search, advising clients on C-suite talent acquisition and compensation, and a Board Advisor to Cadence Bank. A longtime volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, Lisa served a seven year tenure on the Board of Directors, including a term as Governance Chair (2022 - 2023). Her lifelong passion for community-building and philanthropy has positioned her on numerous nonprofit boards as well as a national government board. 

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College in Claremont, California. She lives with her husband in Atlanta and enjoys time on the water, playing golf and spending time with her two daughters and friends.
