Lindsay is a Managing Partner at Egon Zehnder, leading the Global Technology and AI Practice. She founded the firm’s Founder Services Practice, supporting founder-led businesses with coaching, team building, and succession, and previously led the Global Digital Practice, advising on talent, transformation, and board composition.

A trusted advisor across the Consumer & Technology Practices, Lindsay partners with clients from media and retail platforms to SaaS and data services, connecting boardroom and C-suite talent agendas to drive impact. She is known for her creative, strategic approach and passion for leadership and change. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lindsay was a Project Leader at BCG, Chief of Staff to the CEO of FileNet (now part of IBM), and began her career at JPMorgan Chase. She is based in the SF Bay Area with her family.
