Lance Drummond

Independent Director, United Community Bank Inc.

Lance Drummond is an accomplished Board Director across regulated financial services and technology companies, having served as Independent Director and Board Chair of Freddie Mac and as Public Governor of FINRA. He currently serves as an Independent Director of United Community Bank and previously served as an Independent Director of AvidXchange. He also serves on the board of DirectWomen Institute, a national nonprofit focused on increasing the representation of women lawyers on corporate boards, and on the advisory board of the African American Leadership Academy. Lance is a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Rochester Board of Trustees.

During his career, Lance led large-scale operating platforms for global financial institutions and technology-driven enterprises. Most recently, he served as EVP of Operations and Technology at TD Canada Trust. Earlier, he was EVP of Human Resources and Shared Services at Fiserv. At Bank of America, he held senior leadership roles overseeing digital banking, transaction services, and fulfillment operations. He began his career at Eastman Kodak Company where he served as Corporate Vice President and COO of the Professional Division.
