Holly Baumgart is a multi-disciplined Executive and Board Member with deep experience in creating and executing business growth strategies for the CPG, Manufacturing and Automotive Industries. She is a people leader who creates a positive and engaging environment for all those around her.

Currently the VP of New Platform Development at Sargento Foods, Holly guides the award-winning Innovation Team to scale the business, create new product categories, grow current product offerings and enter new markets. Prior to this role, she was Sargento’s VP of Strategy where she led the company’s recent acquisition integration – adding significant revenue growth from this vertical integration. Holly embarked on her career at Sargento as the Vice President of IT, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy and vision for the $1.8B CPG leader. Her strategic foresight and leadership in technology were instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence within the company.

Earlier in her career, Holly held two exec leadership positions at Harley-Davidson – Head of IT Strategy / Global Operations and Senior Manager, Channel Strategy and International Growth. She began her career at Ernst and Young and quickly rose through the organization as a senior leader in the Information Technology Advisory practice. At each company, Holly directed multimillion dollar programs, coached high-performance teams and successfully delivered spot-on business solutions that achieved notable performance improvements.

Holly is currently an engaged Board member with Chicago Commons, United Way Governing BOD and Executive Committee and the John Michael Kohler Arts Preserve. Holly holds multiple board leadership positions, including Chairman of United Way of Sheboygan County and Strategy Chairperson for Chicago Commons. In 2026, she will be named as President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Private Directors Association. Holly has previously held board roles with the CIO Advisory Board, i.c. stars and ChicagoCIO.

Holly holds an impressive array of academic qualifications. She earned an MS in Sustainability with Honors from Harvard University, an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and International Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS in Advanced Accounting and Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a BS in Management Information Systems with Honors from the University of Illinois. In addition to her academic achievements, Holly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Holly resides in the greater Milwaukee area with her daughters and is deeply engaged in her local community. A passionate global leader, she has visited more than 75 countries driving business and nonprofit growth initiatives, with a strong focus on empowering youth in Africa.
