Helen Loh oversees Charles Schwab’s branded digital channels that deliver the most impact on new client acquisition and deepening relationship with clients across 31 million brokerage accounts. Loh is also responsible for investor education and marketing of all investment and banking products. Under Loh’s leadership, Schwab was recognized by Gartner in May 2022 as a Genius brand, the top ranking in its Digital IQ Index for Wealth & Asset Management. Loh has over 25 years of marketing and product experience with early-stage technology companies and Fortune 500 brands. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a master of business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Loh is a member of the board of directors at SI-BONE Inc. (Nasdaq: SIBN), a high-growth medical device company. She also serves on the board of the Charles Schwab Foundation.
