David Windley is a Board Member at AARP and the former Board Chair at the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  Mr. Windley is also currently on two public company boards, Tennant Company and DHI Group.  He serves as the Compensation Committee Chair for both companies.  Windley is also an investor and Board advisor to private companies in the talent and technology sector.

 

Previously, Mr. Windley had a career as an executive at technology companies.  He was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Yahoo! and Fusion.io.  He also held executive positions at Microsoft, Intuit, Silicon Graphics and Mediagenic (Activision).
