Collin Lynch
Partner and COO, Tee Commerce
Collin has dedicated his career to serving others, with extensive experience in the non-profit and hospitality sectors. His professional journey began at Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, where he developed a deep appreciation for compassionate leadership and the power of human connection—particularly with individuals facing significant life challenges.
Over the years, Collin has held impactful roles at esteemed organizations including the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, Cambridge Public Schools, and the Disability Resource Center in Salem, MA. In these positions, he focused on supporting youth with disabilities and disorders, helping them develop self-advocacy skills and prepare for the workforce—all while fostering an environment of empowerment and positivity.
In early 2020, Collin partnered with the founder of Tee Commerce to launch and grow a successful e-commerce venture. Tee Commerce was created to support golf clubs in selling branded merchandise online. Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company strategically pivoted to develop an in-house, on-demand fulfillment operation. Through this evolution, Collin gained valuable experience in supply chain management and operational strategy. Today, Tee Commerce is now a leader in its niche, on track to serve over 600 clubs by year’s end.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Suffolk University, with a concentration in International Business Management and a focus on supply chain management.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Collin is a dedicated advocate for the bleeding disorders community. As a person with severe hemophilia, he has been involved in the community from a young age. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kelsey Elizabeth Taylor Foundation and contributes to the work of the New England Hemophilia Association, particularly through the Bleeding Disorder Substance Use and Mental Health Coalition (BDSUMHAC).
