Christine Gorjanc is an independent board director serving on both public and private boards. She currently serves as audit committee chair of both Forward Air and Polestar. Previously, Gorjanc was the lead director and an audit committee member of Juniper Networks. She formerly served as the CFO of both Netgear and Arlo Technologies. Gorjanc’s governance and executive experience enables her to make contributions in all areas of finance, corporate strategy, global operations, and M&A. She is NACD Directorship Certified and was selected for the 2023 Directorship 100 Award. Gorjanc was also awarded the first ever 2024 Neythri Vanguard Award for her role as a forward-thinking champion for South Asian women’s leadership and advancement.
