Ameeta Soni has successfully developed new products and markets and facilitated funding, M&A, and IPOs, generating billions for stakeholders. She served on the supervisory board of publicly held Esker SA, and as a board director for VC-backed Plumchoice and Ompractice. In her consultancy, Ameeta acts as an interim C-Suite executive for publicly traded and PE/VC-backed tech and digital health companies, most recently for cybersecurity company Everfox, a TPG Portco. Ameeta is a member of Maroon Venture Partners Fund's investment committee and is NACD Directorship Certified®. She has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
