
Michelle Hong
Program Chair
Michelle Hong is a corporate director of PECO, an Exelon company and the largest electric and natural gas utility in Pennsylvania. She is also a board member of NACD Philadelphia, where she serves as chair of the Program Committee.
A seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in financial and legal services, Hong held senior leadership roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and at Northern Trust in Philadelphia. She began her career in private legal practice and recently returned as Counsel to Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP. She earned her law degree from Harvard Law School and her bachelor of arts from Duke University.
Hong's commitment to the Philadelphia community is evident in her extensive history of nonprofit board service for organizations such as Main Line Health, the Committee of Seventy, WHYY, and Philabundance. She is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and the International Women’s Forum, and she has received awards and accolades from the Philadelphia Business Journal, Philadelphia Magazine, the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, and Metro Philadelphia.
