This panel focused on the key issues companies and boards were facing in the upcoming proxy season including compensation; ESG and shareholder engagement. The discussion also included recently effective regulatory and disclosure requirements affecting board composition, candidate slates and performance compensation and potential impacts of new regulations expected from the SEC along with increased scrutiny of existing requirements including ESG areas (Environment; Social and Governance).
