This program is designed to equip board members with essential tools and insights to navigate today’s complex governance landscape. Featuring four distinguished panelists, each presenting their topic in a dynamic five-minute session, the event will cover enhancing boardroom influence, advanced financial oversight, and governance amid rapid change. Participants will also explore strategies for driving innovation, managing crises, and addressing evolving priorities in leadership and corporate responsibility. Each session provides actionable guidance to strengthen board effectiveness and foster resilience in times of uncertainty.
Each speaker will then take a seat at a lunch table with event guests invited to sit with speakers and further explore topics of greatest interest.
Ample time for networking has been built into the day's schedule.
