About The Event

During this program, panelists addressed critical issues facing hospital and health system boards and covered a wide range of topics including financial performance, the critical alignment needed between boards and CEOs on operations, strategy, financial performance, as well as values and value propositions. There was also discussion of expected changes to Medicaid coverage and revenue streams and the panel explored technology implementation, particularly AI, noting that boards need to understand technology's impact across the entire organization rather than treating it as just an IT issue.
