About The Event
We had a rich discussion on the State of Work in America. Grant Thornton and NACD co-led an open discussion on how worker attitudes continue to evolve, how companies are being affected and what board members can do to advise leadership.
Issues we highlighted include balancing employee engagement in a hybrid work environment, challenges around retention and recruiting strategies, and how leaders need to adapt moving forward.
