About The Event

The governance of not-for-profits has evolved to mirror the sophistication and complexity of that of public company boards. As always, directors are expected to bring their time and talent as well as their passion for the mission of the organization. But in addition to longstanding agenda items such as recruiting board members, fundraising and regulatory compliance, directors must increasingly address current challenges such as equity and inclusion, reputational concerns, strategic direction in a digital world, AI and cyber security.

This panel brought together leaders from diverse organizations in fields such as healthcare, social services, education, and the arts for a lively discussion on the broad and challenging issues facing boards of not-for-profits today.
