Regulatory and technology changes are reshaping the landscape for companies of all sizes, and directors must be prepared to guide their organizations through accelerating change. This program will examine how boards can effectively anticipate and respond to emerging risks and opportunities at the intersection of innovation and oversight. SEC Chief Economist Josh White will provide opening comments and then be joined by seasoned governance leader Jan Babiak and Tractor Supply CFO Kurt Barton.
