- What is the board’s role in fostering a culture of innovation and implementing new technology?
- What is the board’s role during the evaluation of opportunities and risks to implement or adapt to new technologies and innovation?
- How important is it that the composition of the board include directors with experience regarding new technologies or implementing innovative approaches?
- What are some key considerations for an organization that creates new technologies to commercialize versus an organization that looks around the corner to be an early adopter of new technologies?
