Reservation Instructions

Individuals will make room reservations by accessing the NACD reservation portal (available after registration) or by calling the hotel directly at (866) 306-0942. Please indicate the group/affiliation “NACD Directors Summit” when making your reservation to ensure the discounted rate is applied. Direct reservations must be made by Friday, September 18, 2026.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM (room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability)

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM (late check-out may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel)
