About The Event
Cyber risk is no longer a technical discussion — it’s a boardroom imperative.
On March 5, 2026, the NACD Connecticut Chapter hosted a Cybersecurity Tabletop Exercise for Boards of Directors, designed to simulate real-world decision-making under pressure and test governance readiness when it matters most.
This interactive session challenged directors to:
-
Navigate executive-level cyber incident decisions
-
Assess materiality, disclosure, and oversight obligations
-
Strengthen board-management escalation and response
-
Align cyber and AI risk governance with investor expectations
Purpose-built for board members, committee chairs, and senior executives, this exercise focused on governance, not technology — the questions directors are now expected to ask.
Featured Speakers:
Keith Denham, Partner, EisnerAmper NYC
Patrick A. Westerhaus CPA, CFE, CAMS, Partner, Cyber Risk Services, EisnerAmper
Scott Wright, Managing Director, Cyber Risk Services, EisnerAmper
Daniel Mathews, Advisory Director, Cyber Risk Services, EisnerAmper Dallas
Moderated by Christopher Hetner, Senior Executive, Board Director, and leader in Cybersecurity
