As equity compensation came under heightened scrutiny and rising stakeholder expectations, directors explored the significance of different compensation structures and their governance implications. This intimate, off-the-record roundtable dinner brought together a small group of directors for a candid discussion of equity compensation from both the employer and employee perspectives.
